Restorative, Gentle Flow and Vinyasa classes, using yoga to create balance in the body and mind. 

I am certified in Trauma Informed Yoga. I use movement and breathing to bring us back into our bodies and facilitate healing; these techniques help to cultivate mindfulness, self-regulation and inner peace. 

Yoga brought peace and self-awareness to my life. It fostered a self-love within me and an openness within my relationships. My goal is to bring this kind of transformation and peace to others.
